235 = 23.5cm (length of foot) = Local Size 36
240 = 24cm (length of foot) = Local Size 37

The way to get the right measurement is to measure your foot with a measuring tape or ruler.
Then round up the measurement and compare against the size chart.
For example: Measurement of my foot 226 mm, round up measurement 230.
Therefore, you should order size 23. I'm a size 35-36.
